Snatch recovery of a four wheel drive is a dangerous activity. Minimising the strain applied to your vehicle recovery points is paramount when using a snatch strap. The 4x4 Equip VR-Recovery Bridle distributes the load evenly between each recovery point. It works effectively with both full chassis vehicles and monocoque vehicles.

Manufactured from heavy duty 16.0mm synthetic rope which has an impressive 14% elongation the 4x4 Equip VR-Recovery Bridle is the only bridle on the market designed to work in conjunction with the snatch strap by absorbing and storing energy to assist the recovery, unlike other commonly used polyester bridles, chains and wire cables.

The VR-Recovery Bridle has a breaking strain of over 8000kg (17600lb)*. It is 2m in length and comes with hand stitched soft eyes for added safety at each end and to accept your rated bow shackles. A protective sleeve is included on the bridle to increase longevity and a sturdy storage bag is provided.
