Many European vehicles have an in-built diagnostic system that will not recognise that a trailer fitted with LED (Light Emitting Diodes) lights is connected. Their in-built diagnostic system will cause the LED trailer lights to flash continuously.Examples of these vehicles are Land Rover Discovery 3, Range Rover, Land Rover Freelander, Audi, BMW and VW.

The LED Adaptor Module has been developed to overcome this problem and can be used when towing trailers, caravans, camper trailers, horse floats and boat trailers etc.

The LED Adaptor Module will ensure that:

• Your vehicle's on-board diagnostic system recognises that a trailer fitted with LED lights is connected. It will disable the rear parking sensors and activate the dashboard trailer lamp check where fitted.
• Your LED trailer lamps will operate correctly and conform to International Design Rules.
